    HOS HR/OD Specialist, Aero, based in Singapore
    (Singapore - Gul Circle)



    Responsibilities:

    -Position will work with a diversified cross-functional team supporting ISC site leadership in the implementation of Honeywell Operating System (HOS).


    -Partner with ISC site leader in developing road map for HOS implementation and understand the role of HR and OD in the implementation process.

    -HR lead for multi-site implementations. This role will be responsible for leading on-site HR resources during the HOS implementation and control phases.

    -Execute and implement HOS initiatives across sites to drive business results.

    -Coordinate with the Honeywell Corporate HOS Steering Council to develop and implement HOS activities and learning at all AERO sites.

    -Role needs to be able to ensure that on site HR support is staffing the organization to align with desired HOS attributes. This includes rewriting roles and responsibilities and possibly re-shaping reward and recognition as well as all other processes to ensure alignment with HOS.

    -Individual will be required to communicated inter and intra functionally ensuring a tie out between HOS and the Product Centers.

    -Train site leadership teams on change management initiatives, which includes organizational design, organizational development, communication and change implementation.

    -Train, coach and mentor employees at various levels of the organization involved in HOS implementation.

    -Develop and implement tools to assess and develop front line supervision to support HOS work processes and employee engagement.

    -Linking HR metrics to overall HOS scorecard and developing HR metrics for the HOS scorecard.

    -Closely monitor HOS performance & maturity scorecard, develop actions to address gaps, and accelerate improvement.

    -Position will require leading the communications efforts throughout the deployment of HOS

    -Facilitate complete transformational change while enabling breakthrough operational performance improvements

    Requirements:
    Basic Qualifications:

    -Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Organization Development and/or Human Resources.

    -BA/BS in Business or Human Resources related discipline required

    Additional Qualifications:
    -MBA/MA/PhD preferred

    -Formal training in Organization Development and experience with multi-level change initiatives which would encompass knowledge and experience in leading the redesign of organizations, creating and implementing change-management plans, strong facilitation skills with all levels in an organization, design and deploy measurement systems for behavioral changes.


    -Thorough knowledge of operations management and measures

    -Demonstrated results in consistently and successfully managing long-term projects from start to finish

    -Thorough understanding of the functional disciplines of Human Resources (staffing, compensation, learning, OD/OE)

    -Familiarity with Honeywell HR policies and procedure is desired? This would include experience with the Honeywell impACT tool, the STAR model and other change management tool sets.

    T-rained in Lean / Six Sigma principles and demonstrated multiple implementations of Lean / Six Sigma methods in manufacturing or other environments.

    -Lean expert certification is preferred. Expected to be lean certified within two (2) years.

    -3-5 years of Organization Development experience with some experience as a Human Resources Generalist.

    -Experience using Toyota Production System or similar system is preferred.

    -This position would require travel up to 50% with extensive time spent at the HOS full scale deployment sites.

    HOS Group Leader, Aero, based in Indonesia
    (Singapore - Bintan)


    Responsibilities:

    Position reports directly to the ISC Vice President of HOS and is responsible for deploying the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) across a Product Center consisting of multiple sites.


    -Member of the ISC HOS leadership team responsible for developing and deploying the Aerospace HOS Vision and Strategy

    -Work with ISC VP and site HOS teams to develop overall Product Center HOS plan

    -Drive HOS implementation within ISC Product Centers that dramatically improves operations and business processes.

    -Participate in and influence the Product Center Goal deployment process

    -Partner with ISC Directors to deploy HOS Communication plan within respective Product Centers

    -Develop and Deliver HOS Training

    -Coach and mentor Product Center Leaders in the HOS principles and practices

    -Align HOS experts (LE, BB, GB etc.) to support HOS activities across respective ISC Product Center

    -Closely monitor HOS performance and maturity scorecards and develop actions to address performance gaps and accelerate improvements

    -Establish and manage the budget and HOS resources for multiple sites within the Product Center

    -Lead and develop HOS talent including hiring, career path development and performance management

    Requirements:
    Basic Qualifications:


    -Bachelor's degree is required

    -Trained in lean principles and demonstrated multiple implementations of lean methods in manufacturing environments.

    -Strong PC skills - Microsoft office.

    -Ability to influence executive level leaders as well as shop floor personnel on a daily basis

    -Demonstrated ability to manage successful projects from launch to completion

    -Must have 8+ years of cross-functional ISC / SSP experience which includes manufacturing, materials management, quality and process improvements

    -Must be results oriented with history of getting breakthrough results through TPS

    -Must have significant cycles of learning & conducting Kaizen/ Focused Improvement Events

    -Demonstrated experience in strategic planning as well as tactical execution.

    -Change agent, constantly challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology.

    -Ability to lead and work well in teams


    Additional Qualifications:

    -Advanced technical or M.B.A. degree is highly desirable

    -Honeywell Lean Master Certification is preferred.
